America's Patriotism Problem

When too many people in your nation aren't proud of it, you won't be a nation much longer. The American education system has taught generations of Americans to hate their country. How many would sign up to defend the country if we were invaded tomorrow? It wouldn't be anything like the recruitment lines of 1941 because our youth simply aren't proud to be American.

Young adults ages 18 – 24 were the group least likely to say they are proud to be American, the poll found. Of those polled, 59% of Americans ages 25 – 44 said they were proud, along with 75% of adults ages 45 – 64 and 86% of adults over the age of 65.

When you educate your kids to hate their country you end up with a patriotism problem and eventually no one will stand in the breach
